How To Return An Item
For Online purchases only: You must return the item within 30 days of receipt. All refunds will be credited back in the original form of payment and will be posted within 48 hours from the time the item is received. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund, include in your email the reason for the return and the original invoice number and we will send you a return authorization form and a return shipping label. You can also request a return here.
2. Mail your returned item and include in your package the completed return authorization form.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. Please email email@example.com to request an exchange, include in your email the original invoice number and the size or color that you would like in exchange. Once your item has arrived at our store, we will ship the new item. You will still have to pay return shipping.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of placement, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping is $5 for all orders under $150 and free for orders of $150+.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
